    Wednesday~

    ~30 min extra slow jog (1/2 downhill, 1/2 flat)
    ~walking intermission
    ~15 min slow/med job (flat)
    ~walk/jog cooldown

    It's a beautiful fogless day in SF so I had no excuse to get out there! Despite dealing w/ stomach cramps for the fiirst 20 mins, it felt good & was a nice workout.

        Today I ran 5.5 miles WOOHOOOO It feels good to do the longer time. Man is it ever Humid here raining and Yucky I was sweating like a complete PIG my average HR was 143 WOOHOO for me.

          Friday will be my off day - have another graduation to attend.

            Friday, not my usual running day, but I needed stress-relief! 3 miles in 30 minutes over my lunch hour .... (work is just NUTS right now! )
