Thanks Rich. I just spoke with a friend and mentioned the race...she said wouldn't that be neat to do together. She lost alot of weight a while back to so who knows why but that makes me feel less awkward around her. Anyway, she is going to be my running pal for the 5k. Hopefully, that will ease my anxiety.
