My apologies for being AWOL for so long with this thread ..
I am hoping we can resurrect it!!

I'll go first:
In preparation for my 15k on Feb 28th, I'm finally getting my mileage base going again. Last week I topped out at 31 miles (4 days) ... This week's goal is 32 miles. I ran 8 today (Monday, 2/16). Tomorrow is a rest day, then back at it again on Wednesday.
