Yep... 9:30 now and I'm doing good. I really have been craving it today but I think that's just breaking my routine. This was the first day this week I went from the full time job to the part time one. And up until a couple days ago my routine was stop at the convenience store next door and get my Dr. Pepper in between jobs. I wanted it soooo bad when I first got there, but it's easing up. I'm drinking water water water today... I think I've had 10 glasses. Yay!

Yes, Jimmie... this is day 4 and the headache is gone. I breezed right through that this time so that's encouraging me to stick with it. That headache that usually follows sucks.
And I went out for lunch today at the Mexican restaurant and stayed completely on track. *takes a bow* Day 3 of my clean re-started induction!
Ok, Jimmie... you'll be proud I hope. After work I went to the convenience store before heading to the other job... just absolutely dying for something besides water. I looked at my Dr. Pepper, drooled a little and walked away! Diet Rite for me today and I'm pretty sure that the occasional one is okay on induction!
i am proud! diet rite is better but don't let it trigger anything. watch how you feel very closely. and do this occasionally.... don't let it lead to 3 a day. once in awhile and don't let it take the place of your water.

you are on track now and ready to boot the addiction to the curb. it will have no holds on you anymore! it just took a few days to get it out of your system. will it flair up again? i would say maybe so, but when the craving hits, try to figure out what triggered it and then deal with it while not giving in to it.
