    3.75 miles on the bike so far today. Rode with my DS while he ran his regular route to get his actual mile count. I am so proud of him!! :joy

    thanks for posting the topic for day one , i was just wondering if ANY of us can post it , or if theres a certain person that is responsible?

    im taking a rest day today due to heavy rains in nyc

                    As far as I know, anyone can post the topic for that day. I have a couple of times when no one else had posted yet.

                    As for me and my exercise, today is a rest day.

                        i changed my bike setting to 5. have been doing level 4.

                            Yesterday 5 mile run 46 min.

                            Today 6 mile run......don't know the time......by the time I realized I was not wearing my watch, I had gone too far to go back. Distracted, was thinking about the stuff I had to do for the company coming for dinner.

                            Ta, till tomorrow.

                              Hi everyone, today is a rest day for me unless you count shopping for food as exercise lol.

                              I will post my measurements in the other section.

                              Wow you guys do some awesome exercise lol i couldn't even see myself walking a mile much less the stuff you guys are RUNNING lol.. Great job and great inspiration. I also particularly want to say yeah yeah to 5 miles on the devil machine.. erm elliptical.
