    Sign me up 4 the challenge

    Sign me up please. I need to get my butt in gear! i will exercise 5 days a week. Question, since I have never been in a exercise challenge b4, is there a specific amount of time we work out for? 30 mins? 1 hour? 1.5 hours?

        Hey!

        Yup, it's me again. And yes I would very much like to do the Challenge again. I really appreciate having y'all to watch over my shoulder making sure that I keep my commitments.

        This time I will have to scale down.....please put me in for 4//7 on an every other day schedule. The hip is getting more and more cranky and I am finding that I need to rest it every other day.

        By the way Skyye....CONGRATULATIONS! Pink or Blue, may you both be healthy and delighted with each other!

            ive set a goal of meeting my goal weight within the next challenge

              I'd like to continue with this please. So far I'm down a full size and feeling loads better for it!

              Will update with weight and measurements come Monday or Tuesday as I've got a friend visiting over weekend and am out late Monday night.

              It'll be my usual 3/7 because I know I can do that!

                  I will exercise 6 days a week, and I will track the size I'm in. I'm in a 12 now...a 10 would be great at the end of six weeks. If I get to an 8, I'll buy myself something sparkly.

                  I'm attending a wedding on Sept. 3rd in Colorado with co-workers I've never met. I intend to be stunning.....

                    oh , im going to aim for 7/7 but put me down for 5/7 for the challenge , gotta be safe , weather is very termpermental and most of my exercise is done outdoors

                      I see lots of new participants this time. That's great! It's never too late to join the challenge so jump right in.

                      There is no set time limit for exercise as everyone's abilities are different. Just do what you can do.

                      Brook & Jordan: Thanks! I'm so excited and yet so nervous too. LoL

                      Debbie: Good luck with surgery and take it easy. There will definately be another challenge when you're ready for it.

                                Ok, here are my measurements. I do not know my weight, as I do not plan to weigh myself for awhile. 2 weeks ago I was 218, but have since lost a little over 16 inches.

                                Waist:38
                                Hips:45.5
                                Arms:L-15.5 R-15.5
                                Thighs:L 29 R 29.15
                                Weight????
