          a 3 hour yoga workshop for me, about 2.5 hours of which was yoga.

                  20 minute body-surf before breakfast
                  30 minute surf before dinner

                  ....both times the ocean won. ;-)

                    50 min. walk on the beach at 3.5 mph.

                    40 min cardio at the gym, plus 12 laps in pool.

                    Lower body weight training.
                    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
                    218/187/140
                    Measuring every 2 weeks
                    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



                    Minimum 45 min cardio per day
