I did a 15 minute jog/walk (is that what a wog is??) very early this morning before work. I will post later what tonight's exercise is.

Is it ok to split up your routine like this? Do half in the morning and half in the evening (I am helping my niece move tonight and time will be very limited)?

Worked out at Curves for 40 minutes doing Circuit Training. The air conditioner wasn't working and talk about sweating, well ........... we won't get into that. Sounds like everyone has been up and busy exercising this morning.
