I wasn" sure where to post the 6 week challenge. I posted in the presidents challenge. I will post here too, so please forgive me.

I didn't start until Monday the 15th. I said I would exercise 6 days a week. I walked 3 miles yesterday and 3 miles this morning. My start weight is 263. Stats are below.

              Hey!

It has been a whirlwind weekend! Sat, Son#3 and girlfriend arrived from San Francisco, DD from London and friends from Ontario for weekend. Loads of fun but really knackered by Sunday night. Monday the last of "guests" left and I finally took a big breath and collapsed!

              So here is my catch-up:
Sun Aug 14 - Fun Day (Rest)
Mon Aug 15 - Rest Day
Today - started to run, got about 3K into it, felt like I was going to chuck my cookies so walked the next 3K………felt better…….finished the last 3.5K with a "nice n easy" jog.

              Ta, till tomorrow.

              (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
