              30min on my gazelle thingy, going to have to go get a tape for it come payday, I'm sure there's a few more things to do on this thing than I am.

              do we check in with weight/inches at any point prior to the last day of the challenge? or is it all a big suprise who did what when it's over?

                        You can keep a tally of your weight/inches lost in your check in posts if you want to. However, I do start a thread at the end of the challenge for you to report the total results.

                              45 minutes on my xbox fitness game, cardio & upper body strength. I don't think I stink, I must have not worked out hard enough lol.
