          3.3 mi. this morning
          didn't post yesterday - didn't do any "actual exercising" but was sanding and painting, so lots of up and downs with paints and of stairs

              Know how you feel........LOL……been there done that and you have my total sympathy........now having said that ....GO BROOK GO!..You can do it and we are behind you 100%!

              (Especially the smoking thing, that is a bugger and good for you that you are calling it quits. Do you know that in Canada one (1) package of cigarettes costs about $9.00 and will go to $10.00 per pack...not carton but pack!!!!!! Think of all of the neat stuff you can get for yourself or some special other if you are a 2-pack/day smoker and quit! Me, I am saving up to go on holiday to Greece and Turkey.)

              As for me, did a 5K run with a "super hill thing".....ran up and down this monster hill 3 times. My body seems to have gotten a bit too comfy with my routine so I thought I would shake it up a bit. YUP, it’s definitely "all shook up" cause I am totally knackered tonight. But....so sad and too too bad, cause I have a bunch of errands left to run!
