    Hey put me in again for another 3 miles today. Picked up some nice blisters on the way too the last few days. I got some good shoes, guess my feet are just getting broke in is all

        did 30 min rollerblading in the morning before work for exercise and then about an hour biking in the afternoon - with kids, for fun!
