                      Hey!
Yesterday I was blown out of the water .. ...(Real Estate agent called late Wednesday for a showing at 11:00 on Thursday. Got up at 6:30 and "blitzed" the house for a "white glove" inspection)....call it a Rest Day (LOL).

This morning (8:30) I banked another unit of blood so felt a bit off in the energy department. Call it a Rest Day.

Hoping to do a bit better tomorrow. Till then.
                      (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
