I assume that this is a reference to that gorgeous gal of SI6. I also did the series and indeed the, "no pain, no gain" philosophy, must have originated with her!!!! Once I am "good to go" again (i.e. post total hip replacement), I am going to re-do that series.....right now all lunge and squats are impossible moves for me.
As for me, yup did much better....ran/jogged/walked 9.5K this morning.

Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

I walked/jogged today.Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
