I haven't slept yet, so I'm headed for bed shortly, but I'll likely keep my date with the Squat **** when I get up and before I go to dinner

                WATP

and did some deep cleaning on the house today along with my regular chores. Getting the kitchen and laundry room all ready for when school starts. That should have burned some calories.

TOO FUNNY! I assume that this is a reference to that gorgeous gal of SI6. I also did the series and indeed the, "no pain, no gain" philosophy, must have originated with her!!!! Once I am "good to go" again (i.e. post total hip replacement), I am going to re-do that series.....right now all lunge and squats are impossible moves for me.

As for me, yup did much better....ran/jogged/walked 9.5K this morning.

                  Till tomorrow.
