                I saw your post in the sign up thread and you've been added to the chart. Now you just need to check in on each day's thread and let us know whether you did your exercise, had a rest or a sick day or slugged it.

                                Very late post after checking the board. I DID exercise on this day - whew - no slugs is my motto.

                                Luckily, I put my exercise in my www.atkins.com journal too!

                                Total Time You Exercised: 55 minutes
                                Description:
                                30 minutes on recumbant bike (approx 11 miles) and 25 minutes on treadmill (mostly 2.5 mph, 1 mile walked at 1.0 incline)
