    I went BACK to the gym last night and did another 2 miles on the treadmill and ab work.


    Today is a day of REST. lol....
    100% Female - All Girl, all the time.



    HW - 164

        All righty then.

        5K walk/run on threadmill in 48:32 minutes
        1 hour weight training with personal trainer

        I asked my personal trainer how many calories I burn during our hour session and he said around 1000. Sounds pretty high to me but the workout is pretty intensive.

        No slug for me today that's for sure!

                Another rest day unfortunately. I'm away for the weekend at camp, so I MUST get my exercise in while I'm gone. I'm update the threads most likely on Sunday/Monday.

                        ok when i posted yesterday morning i thought it was going to be a rest day but it wasnt. I did my 2.5 mile watp walk\jog and also about 2 miles walking.

                                Walked 20 minutes. Also rearranged kids room for 1 1/2 hours, moving beds, dresser, computer stand, entertainment center, tv's, etc...
