          Skyye I heard from Jimmie today. They are without power but she wanted me to let you know she got in 1/2 hour of walking today. You know how she worries about those SLUGS!! lol. Hopefully she will be back tonight with the power, if not, she said rest assured she will be picking up tree limbs and debris leftover from Katrina tomorrow.

              10 minute warm-up on treadmill, waiting for trainer
              30 minute workout w/ trainer doing various strength training exercises and active resting to keep heart rate up (nice!)
