        Deep cleaned house all day long. I was on my feet at least 8 hrs today vacuuming, dusting, doing laundry up and down the stairs, cooking and cleaning. I am exhausted and I am counting it as exercise!

            Exercise Day!! (I can't believe how excited I am about this - but woo hoo!!)

            8 minutes on the eliptical machine (up from 5 - yah!)
            30 minutes strength training
            25 minutes on treadmill (1 mile!!)
