    My body is kind of tired today so only walked 1 mile at the mall burning 325 calories.

          22k bike ride in 1 hour and 13 minutes
          3k bike ride - cool down
          total time 1 hour 45 minutes

            Walked on treadmill for 30 mins. Did circuit training for 45 mins. Walked the dog for an hour. Walked around Wal-Mart buying groceries for an hour. Cleaned house for 1 1/2 hours. My day is done...,but I feel great!

              finally got the limbs and pine cones picked up from the yard and hauled to the side of the road.

                  Hey!

                  We came home late from the "other" house and threw supper on the table. After super I was beat...opened up the Thread ready to call it a Rest Day....Then I read how hard you all were working and gave myself a swift kick in the buttski and out the door!

                  Started to walk, then jogged for a bit, and finally ran 5K in 40 minutes!!! WOOOO! HOOOOO!

                  (Of course I feel like I'm going to throw-up....what an idiot! to do that on a full stomach........ )

                  Non-the-less I LOVE YA GUYS - Where would I be without you!

                  Ta, till tomorrow.

                          30 minutes strength training
                          approx 25 minutes eliptical (different kind)
