          30 minute walk with the neighbors. Missed my run though. Will be running again on Monday.

            2 mile walk on the beach
            1.5 hrs flying stunt kite. Might not sound hard, but it did pull enough to snap a 150# line and drag my 200# body along the beach. Need to get stronger line I guess.

                Sick day! I thought I was going to hurl. My youngest son threw up on Friday and I think I had the same thing. All better now though.
