                Hey, Hey, Hey!

                I'm back and "chomping on the bit" to go! First, Brook, Skyye, and Barb....thank you for your good wishes. As you will note, they worked WONDERS!!!!!!

                Catch up for Week #5

                Sept 11 Sun - Rest Day

                Sept 12 Mon - Rest Day

                Sept 13 Tue - Surgery

                Sept 14 Wed - Sick Day

                Sept 15 Thur - 30 min. workout with PTS (Physical Therapy Sadist) - just kidding! Man-oh-Man was I ever sore! How can 40 steps be so painful???????

                Sept 16 Fri - Total of 40 minutes walking with walker. Yes, I too was convinced that this was a MIRACLE!!!!!!!!

                Sept 17 - Sat - same as Friday.

                Sept 18 - Sun - Total of 40 minutes walking with walker. And Wheel chair races with 92 year-old room mate...incredible woman!!!!
                Sept 19 - Mon - Total of 40 minutes walking with walker. Discharged from Hospital and on way home, shopping (in wheelchair) at Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire for "bicycle basket" for my walker, with DH.
                Sept 20 - Tue - 40 minute walk outside with walker.

                Ta, till tomorrow.

                  Wow! I'm totally amazed by you, Virgil... having surgery and still managing no slugs. Now that's dedication to exercise. I don't think I could've done it.

                          Right now, I'll call it a rest day. If I get the energy, later I may come back and edit this post. I'm considering doing WATP.
