          3.5 mi. on treadmill, 100 sit ups, 20 min. floor exercises plus walked with hubby 2 mi. in the evening - total of 5.5 mi. for day

                          5k walk/run on treadmill using incline as interval training. Completed 5k in 50:11 minutes using incline between 8 and 10 and speed between 3.8 and 4.
