    Ran 2.25 miles in 24:42. I will do 5-10 minutes of dumbbell work just to make sure I get in my full 30 minutes!

        I walked for 30 minutes on treadmill before work. (only 1 1/2 mile) Am I pitiful or what?

          Got 48 minutes in on the treadmill Felt great!

              Heh guess it treadmill day. Seems lots of us "played" on one today. I actually intended to play on my treadmill and give ol' Leslie Sansone a break but then I figured out that I'm not sure what happened to its key (I don't remember where I put the darn thing after we moved LoL). So it was WATP vid instead.

                Off again today per docs orders. Maybe back tomorrow, I hope. yesterday was per docs orders as well skyye!! Don't slug me already!!!!

                              i put out 8 tables
                              56 chairs
                              both were on carts that i had to pull across the gym floor and that is no easy task.
                              spent 2 hours moving boxes of groceries and filling shelves.

                              3 + hours total
                              i am whooped tonight.
