          rest day - however, I am spending good share of day painting, up down on ladder and squats - does that count???

            1 mile walk/ jog with family. My daughter was riding her bike so that involved Mom and Dad running to catch up with her!!

                I ran for 1 hour did weights for 45 minutes so a very awesome workout day

                        Oh, and I'm taking my final rest day for the week already It's gonna be tough to finish out the week with no icky slugs.
