    Walked 4 mi. this morning - and FINALLY cool here too - it was a great walk and felt so refreshing!

        Ok, I think I got myself organized enough now, and am finally moving the old bod as much as I can, so I'll rejoin. Pledging 4 days a week exercise. This week I got 45 minutes of aerobics, strengthing, and toning in on Monday and Today, with a mile walk on Tuesday.

        Here's my current measurements along with my beginning:
        Waist 41" (originally 50), Hips 63.5 (intially 72), arms 18.5 (initially 21), thighs 35 (began at 39) Weight 300

        Ok...thats my current stats. Lets see how it goes!

                    30 minutes on treadmill, burnt 400 calories
                    1 hour weight training with personal trainer
