      Skyye, please take me out of this challenge. I just re injured myself on top of an already existing injury. I will hopefully be back for the next one!!

        Walked 2 hours at the park on the ember trail by the creek - 4.28 miles. It was a beautiful crisp morning about 62 degrees - the squirrels were out in full force - it was a wonderful walk

          Ok heres my log for the week
          last friday 54 min walk
          Saturday 2 hrs of dancing
          Sunday 30 min walk
          Monday 35 min walk
          tuesday 35 min walk
          wednesday 2 hours of house scrubbing +20 min walk

          Ive lost 8.25 inches so far!! Yay!
          Restart 9/1/09
          sw 302.5/cw 302.5/gw 175(weight on my license) lol
          mini goal 1 275 buy a new handbag
          mini goal 2 270 buy a new wallet
          mini goal 3 260 buy new pair of shoes
          mini goal 4 250 spa day

                          stretching 5 minutes
                          75 crunches
                          30 pushups
                          30 x 2 arm work
                          150 x 2 leg work
                          bike: 101 calories 10 minutes i erased the calculations for miles. average should be 1.6 for that time, not that it matters in here.
