will try to get some walking in this evening, am leaving town for almost 2 weeks and will have very little internet access - will try to post when I can or at least keep track of the walking and/or exercise

Took day off running but did weight lifting felt good to feel all the muscles working hard together. YA, feel the burn baby.

I finally got to do a mile on the treadmill. Feeling much better, but really feeling like a HUGE SLUG!! Seems like forever since I have exercised!

Glad you're doing better barb!
Thankfully my hip and leg felt better today. I figured the side steps, kicks, etc. of my WATP vid might be not be a good idea for today so my exercise consisted of walking back and forth across the apartment as I did some cleaning and straightening up in several rooms.

I officially have the flu. Just ask my dd who gave it to me. The gift that keeps on giving.
So, that being said, Would you kindly remove me from this challenge, Skyye? I'd appreciate it. I'm just barely doing good at keeping my head up this week and standing straight without falling over.

Walking around at school(4 classes btw 9am and 9pm), took the stairs from the first floor to 6th for 2 classes.SW-165lbs
