              50 minutes on the treadmill - Minimum 3.3mpg - Max 6mph, Minimum incline 4.5, maximum incline 9. - HR Moniter says 503 calories burned

                  45 minute walk at the park with my doggies! mostly walking some jogging(but not much!)
