    Re: 6WEC #22, Week 1, Day 2, Mon, Nov.7

    Hey everyone,

I'm am really glad I took ya'll up on this challange. I took my dogs for a walk around the golf course as usual and normally I would sit in front of this computer or the tv the rest of the night.

Instead I got on the treadmill and did a 3.2 stride for 30 minutes. Compute stated a distance of 1.6 miles. WOOOWHOO for me.

No slug pins here, thank you.

      Hi there fellow exercisers!

Just finished a 30 minute upper-body workout with my free weights. My arms are mush to say the least. Gotta love that.

I just wanted to share this photo of me and my walking buddy. He's excited about the challange too.

Hello all. good job to all of you! This is just the type of motivation I need to keep going.
I did 30 mins. on treadmiill yesterday. i'm off to do 30 today right now.
i'm thinking if i do 30 in the a.m. and 30 in the p.m. i get an entire hour each day.
Baby-I feel that same buzz when i get in a good workout. I usually do roller-skating on Sundays and boy when I leave that rink I fell skinny about the thighs, winded, but strong! Welcome back Virgil
