                I did the treadmill for thirty minutes and did weight training for an hour.



                I also walked the dog tonight around the block.



                Treadmill Challengers: 260/540 minutes for the month of December.

                          Is it to late to join this challenge? Tania and I started our exercise program on Monday, unaware of the challenge dates. We exercised on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and plan on exercising 4 days a week. Can somebody please confirm if we can join.

                                Walked 30 min. on treadmill. Lower body weight workout. 12 situps on balance ball.
