    Hope I started the thread okay!

    2.66 miles walked in 38 minutes according to the pedometer, with a little jogging mixed in. 345 cal burned.

      20 minute jog around the neighborhood, will do 10 minutes of weights tonight to make sure I get 30 minutes total.
