    Hey,

    I am so proud of me! I did the three mile tape (45 minutes) with Leslie this morning and I was feeling so good tonight that I just did the two mile tape too (30 more minutes). Yep! I 1 hour and 15 minutes today and just a couple of weeks ago I didn't move at all!

                            ab and upper body workout. arms are whipped do you hear me whipped! i needed it though my arms are one of my problem areas. i think those girlie push ups help in the bust area too.
