I am was a good girl today. I did the 2 mile walk with Leslie (30 minutes), then threw in the 3 mile walk (45 minutes) and did them both back-to-back! Yeah me!

I was on the treadmill for thirty minutes and jogged for an extra 5 minutes on it.
I did weights for about forty five minutes. I've worked in a workout for tomorrow as well. I'm going out dancing. I'll stay on the dance floor for at least two hours. LOL
