      Hey!

      Walked very briskly for 40 minutes, tightening butt and ab muscles...........and did it for the very first time......WITHOUT MY CANE!!! TAAADAAA!
      (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
      Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

          Went shopping with my mom and sister. I left home at about 1 and didnt get home til almost 6 so I guess you could say I got LOTS of walking in. Ohhh I think I hear a nice warm bath calling my name.....

                          Yes, I did make up for it.
                          Treadmill, 24 mins - 2kms, and I had the incline on 1.5 (first time up to that) and got up to 5 km/p/hour (another first), LUS 10 mins exercise cycle and 7 mins on the rowing machine (first time). I feel very virtuous!

                              I didn't make it onto the treadmill today, but I did vacum the entire house. I moved everything I could and found another dog. Between that and cleaning the fridge and certainly breaking a sweat, I didn't have anything left for the TM.

                              If that counts great, if not call me a slug, but I'll know better.
