Re: 6WEC #22, Week 3, Day 1, Sun. Nov. 20th
Hey!
We are having two days of marvelous weather so I am taking advantage of it. Because of my surgery my gardens have been badly neglected...just could not do it. However. since my recovery has been ticking along like a Swiss watch, I am able to do more and more each day.
Sooooo, 6 hours of digging, cutting and pulling....putting my garden to bed for the winter. 2/3 of the big bed done. Tomorrow I go at it again. Granted it was not an "aerobic" workout, but believe me, exercise my muscles I did!(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

Dang, that is a workout. I have to get out and do the same in my yard but just haven't been up to it. With all this walking I've been doing I should be able to get out there.Sooooo, 6 hours of digging, cutting and pulling....putting my garden to bed for the winter. 2/3 of the big bed done. Tomorrow I go at it again. Granted it was not an "aerobic" workout, but believe me, exercise my muscles I did!
Good job Virgil
