It's een so hard to get back to the gym routine, after just 6 days off for my trip. Yesterday I wimped out - I'm so ashamed of myself.
But today, back on track. 25 mins and 2 kms on treadmill (I was sweating!); and 15 mins and 4 kms on bike. Going tomorrow too, even if it is Saturday.
