    It's een so hard to get back to the gym routine, after just 6 days off for my trip. Yesterday I wimped out - I'm so ashamed of myself.
    But today, back on track. 25 mins and 2 kms on treadmill (I was sweating!); and 15 mins and 4 kms on bike. Going tomorrow too, even if it is Saturday.

            Hey!

            Need to catch-up:
            Wed. - Nov30 - house cleaning and cooking for company next day. Am calling it upper-body work out....hand washing floors is a sweaty kind of job!

            Thurs - Dec1 - wish I did not have to fess up, but, SLUG me. I could have gone for a walk last night after everyone went home, it was only 9PM.

            Today - back on track - very brisk walk - 5K.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
            Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                        I'm not sure if I had a rest day or not for this day. You decide. I did not do the Gazelle, just too crazy a day, left right after work and went out bowling, bowled for 2 hours. Is that a countable activity or do you have to do the same thing you said when you signed up all the time for it to count?

                        Just put me in for whatever you think works, but please let me know so I can know if other things like that count?
