  • 6WEC #22, Week 5, Day 3, Tues, Dec. 6

    2 kms treadmill in 22 mins today (fastest I've done it!), and 12 mins bike for 3 kms (I've set this level up one today, too). Going great!

              Yesterday Res Day I needed it bad.

              Today ran 7 miles took 90 minutes walked 10 mintes 100 minutes of exercise.

                Are we supposed to decide ahead of time when our rest days are??? I was just wondering b/c brook said to slug her, or did she actually mean hit her??? hmmm.... anyway, just wondering because this week just started..

                        Forty minutes on the treadmill......1 hour of weights.

                          Sorry I have not been here. I was in a car accident the week before Thanksgiving and was just released from the hospital yesterday. I guess the only exercise I will be getting for awhile is physical therapy. I feel bad for letting you guys down. Maybe I can be back for the next challenge.
