    Just signed up, but done for today! My butt has been officially kicked! I didn't realize how weak I'd gotten....

      Yesterday - treadmill and it about killed me. Ugh.

          Hey!

          Yesterday - Rest Day
          Today - 2.5 K brisk walk, 2.5K gentle jog.....both in freshly fallen snow.
          (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
          Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
