                  Yesterday was a Rest Day.
                  Today did the 5K thing.
                  (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
                  Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
