                I did a new pilates video. Wow! Can I feel it!! I noticed a huge difference in my ability to get more of the stomach moves done! Yay!

                    Hey!

                    After yesterday's strength training vid I was so sore today that I could barely crawl out of bed! Yikess! I had no idea that I was so out of condition. But then, why not....they say it only takes three weeks to lose up to 50% of what you have gained from training.

                    So, to try and work out the kinks I decided to go for a "short walk" in the new snow. Before I knew it I was doing my gentle jog (or wog as it has been described elsewhere) and the further I went the better this poor old bod felt.

                    Just chalk up 7.5 K for me please.
                    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
                    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
