    Ok,

    I plan to exercise 6 days week, minimum.

    My measruments are:

    -Under arms, around chest 51
    -Fullest part of chest 53
    -Ribcage 50.5
    -Waist 54
    -Hips 47
    -Upper arm x 2 28
    -Thigh x 2 53
    -Weight 275

    Hmmmm. I just noticed that my upper torso is approx my age.....Is that supposed to increase an inch per year??????

    I went to the gym today even. Did 30 minutes on recumbent bike, level 12 of 20, hilly terrain.

    Thanx for doing this challenge. I really need this. BIGTIME!!!!!!!!!!!

      I'll do this.

      I'll edit the post later with my weight and measurements because I'm just finishing Bootcamp!

      I will commit to a minimum of 30 minutes, 3 times a week. I'm just starting exercise!

            Ok, what the hey... I'll do 5 days a week of exercise, an hour a day. Been doing it already, so why not make it official. I need to get a tape to take measurements.

              Wow, sure glad I found this just in time. I want to commit to 5 days a week for 1 hour 15 minutes per day, which is 1 hr cardio and 15 weightlifting. I'll be sure to specify exactly what i'm doing on what machines.

              My measurements are as follows:

              under arms around chest- 41
              fullest chest- 46
              ribcage- 40
              waist- 41
              hips- 50
              upper arm- 16
              thigh- 25
              weight- 228

              Tomorrow <sun> will be day 4 of induction for me. If i'm doing something wrong here, someone let me know. I'm totally new to this board, but I am already loving it!

                I have to buy a measuring tape to take my measurements..... will buy one tonight hopefully (Sunday night).
