    How did I miss this post?

    I want to join your challenge even though I will be a day behind. I haven't been doing very well with the vidiot and treadmill challenge so I am going to tackle this from a different angle.

    Goal: 6 days of exercise per week and will post my starting weight tomorrow.

            I needed to get you my measurements! Sorry it took until today!!! Here goes:

            Fullest part of chest (over the "girls"):38
            Under breast (ribcage):32
            Waist: 32
            Hip:37
            Thigh: R 22 1/2 L 22
            Upper Arm: R 11 L 11 1/2
            Weight: 135 (140 @ start of induction)
            Workouts: 5/7
            Goal:115

            Began induction 1/23/06 (one week cheat free today!!!)

              waist 34
              belly 38
              hips 43
              upper arm 11x2=22
              thighs 23.5x2= 47

              weight 180 (but we don't listen to the scale much, we think HE LIES)

              measure every Sunday night, weigh every Monday.

                        Had to go buy a tape measure. Here are my measurements:
                        Upper chest 34.25"
                        Chest 37"
                        Ribcage 31"
                        Waist 30.5"
                        Hips 39.5"
                        Thighs 22.5" x 2
                        Arms 11.75" x 2

                        I'll be exercising 6 days per week.

                          Okay, that was totally depressing. I'm no longer that 34-26-36 I used to be 10 years ago. I have to keep telling myself that I'm on the right track. Think about what I can do to improve myself today and the future. Time to set some mini-goals.

                            Hi Challengees-

                            My starting weight is 144. My weight, which is a constant thorn in my side, seems to be stuck right around 142-145. It is time I accept that this is where my internal scale wants me to be even if it doesn't match up with my mental picture of what I should look like.

                            My goal is to tone up and get arms like Linda Hamilton from The Terminator. It is the only way I will get rid of my bowling pin shaped body.
