    Hey Hey Hey!

    It's a new week and I got to start the new challenge!
    Now that is too cool

    Ramped it up!
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                        Afternoon: Burn it up and abs

                        Due to Boot Camp, I will not be taking my measurements & weight until Monday morning. Hope that's ok!
                        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
