              30 minutes eliptical set at 'forest walk', <whatever that tells ya>

              30 minutes= a little over 5 miles on a bike

              20 minutes in the weight room

                    44 minutes on the treadmill, 2.5 miles

                    Feeling satisfied. The Challenge actually pushed to me exercise today as I would have sat today out with that extra motivation.

                      Yes, thanks to this challenge, I resisted the temptation of being a slug today after my work out yesterday.

                      30 mins 3.2 miles on Stair Master Cross Training on fat burning mode - I believe it's an Elliptical machine that made me sweat like crazy.

                      15 mins. on recumbent bike - fat burning mode - rode 4.2 miles and continued to sweat generously.

                        This morning, I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike.
                        Tonight, I'll do Burn it up!
                        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                              60 minutes on treadmill - 4.5 miles
                              Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                              so:
