Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

Go ahead and slug me since I said I'd only took one rest day per week. I was extremely fatigue and muscles hurt Thursday - Saturday. May have a bug, don't know.
