              Hey Barbde,

              I don't have the rest of the series.....so no. However, since my mini-goal is to "look smashing" in a bathing suit (which will take Draconian Efforts) I thought I would finish the SI6 and then keep rotating...1 day Burn it Up, 1 day Jog, on a 3 on 1 Rest Day schedule. The last time I did the SI6 series I got very nice results by the end of the series, and kept thoes results with my running.

              To make a long story short.......all was going swimingly until my surgery. As a result of the forced inactivity post surgery and throwing wayyyyyyyyy too many "pity parties" for myself (chocolate is my evil twin!) I gained 15 pounds of ugly fat. Nuff said on this subject.

              Soooooooooooo, I literally gotta work my butt off to meet my mini-goal.
              (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
              Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
