            Hey!

            I am embarrassed to state that it was "Hissy-Fit Central” here last night, with me pitching. So this morning I had some thinking to do. That kind of thinking is best done "on the road".

            Jogged 9.5K.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
            Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                    Virgil, I've done that before too. Walked A LOT this Christmas. My dog was about ready to keel over. Hope the exercise helped.
