    10 mins treadmill 1.0 kms
    25 mins weights
    25 ball crunches with 3 kg medicine ball, then 25 with 4 kg one! Aargh!

    Hey! Hey! Hey! It's our Happy Happy Birthday!!!!

    Broke the chains of Debbie’s sparkling smile, pulled away from the Vid's Stockholm grip, and staggered out the door into the arms of a sunny winter morning.

        1 hour treadmill, burn it up video, 30 minutes stretching
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

          1 hour water aerobics
          Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

          so:

          01/04/10 ~ 229.0
          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
